Introduction

GoBetAsia does not warrant legality of access for any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability arising from your access a restricted territory.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the GoBetAsia platform. Opening, using, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through associated persons at the same household or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You are required to keep your account details updated. GoBetAsia accepts no liability for losses resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

Account Registration & Security

To access GoBetAsia's full suite of gaming and betting services, you must create registered account. The registration process requires you to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. All information submitted must correspond to the details on your official identity document.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

GoBetAsia implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before your first withdrawal is processed — and at any point where GoBetAsia dems verification necessary — you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back — or a valid Malaysian passport.

4.3 Account Closure Requests

You may request voluntary closure of your GoBetAsia account at any time by contacting our 24/7 customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal using your registered payment method.

Deposits & Withdrawals

GoBetAsia processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through the Player's own verified payment accounts. GoBetAsia does not accept third-party transfers.

Processing times for other methods may vary. GoBetAsia reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal, which may extend the processing timeline.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in the same name as the registered GoBetAsia account.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• GoBetAsia reserves the right to withold or delay withdrawal processing if suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected, pending investigation.
• GoBetAsia does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

GoBetAsia offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are credited to the Player's account in MYR and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered members only and may be claimed once per eligible account.
• GoBetAsia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect active wagering obligations already in progress.
• Players who abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, or collusion — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

6.2 Wagering Requirements Reference

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the GoBetAsia platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or market. By placing a bet, the Player accepts the applicable rules in full. The following general provisions apply across all game types and betting markets offered on GoBetAsia.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid and accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the GoBetAsia system. Bets placed during technical outages, communication failures, or system errors may be voided at GoBetAsia's discretion. GoBetAsia reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

7.2 Obvious Errors

GoBetAsia reserves the right to void any bet settled on the basis of an obvious error, including but not limited to manifestly incorrect odds, technical glitches, or mislabelled markets. Decisions made by GoBetAsia regarding obvious errors are final and binding.

7.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets — including live football, live EPL matches, and Liga Super Malaysia live markets — are offered in real time. Odds are subject to rapid change. GoBetAsia accepts no liability for delays in data feed transmission that may affect the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

7.4 Maximum Winings

GoBetAsia may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Applicable limits will be communicated within the relevant game or betting interface. Winings exceding the stated maximums will be capped at the maximum payout figure regardless of theoretical return on the bet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GoBetAsia platform. Breach of any of the provisions below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity or details.
• Using automated betting systems,ots, macros, or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-manual, automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or misconfigured game logic for financial gain ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage abuse").
• Participating in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or coordinated betting with other parties for guaranteed profit.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity intended to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to access any other player's account, administrative systems, or backend infrastructure without authorisation.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated KYC documents or identity information.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes against legitimate GoBetAsia transactions.

Account Suspension & Termination

GoBetAsia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, engagement in prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, suspected fraudulent activity, or action required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure or suspension, access to all platform features will be revoked immediately. In cases of termination for cause (e.g., fraud, prohibited conduct), GoBetAsia may withold and forfeit any outstanding balance, including any bonus funds, pending the outcome of investigation. In cases of voluntary closure with no outstanding disputes, eligible cash balances will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the GoBetAsia platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game interfaces, data, and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of GoBetAsia or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of GoBetAsia.

The GoBetAsia name, logo, and all associated branding elements are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of GoBetAsia trademarks in any manner — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoBetAsia, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical failure, or system error.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including Maybank2u, CIMB, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made by GoBetAsia regarding voided bets, obvious errors, or market suspensions.
• Any tax liability arising from your gaming winings under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. GoBetAsia makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any service offered on the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

GoBetAsia is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

Your continued use of the GoBetAsia platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which GoBetAsia operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement or GoBetAsia's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration.

Players wishing to raise a dispute regarding their account, transaction, or a game outcome should first contact GoBetAsia's customer support team, providing full details of the matter. GoBetAsia will endeavour to respond to all disputes within five (5) business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, alternative dispute resolution options will be communicated to the Player.
